Once there, rented a car to explore the east end! Loved the dock and easy access snorkeling. Restaurants were great, but really loved the little coffee shop. Grocery and liquor store were a short, easy walk, which was nice. Downside was, our dishwasher didn't work, but, who wants to do dishes on vacation anyways? Also, we had inquired at the front desk about arranging a shuttle to Tukka east. The girl at the front desk said she would take care of that for us and we gave her our time for pick up. However, when we showed up to be picked up, there was no shuttle from Tukka! We waited until a different shuttle came by, recognized us from being our driver from the airport and kindly gave us a ride, no charge to Tukka. If he hadn't of showed up, we may not have made it or whatever. We have been to Grand Cayman several times and have always chosen to stay at the Morritts Tortuga club that offers great units and amenities. My husband is a diver and the diving on sight is an added plus. They put us right at the construction and it was extremely noisy. The concierge was terrible. Our A/C went out and it was very hot. They did send someone to repair it expediently. I will give them that. The staff for the most part were very friendly.
