Walk down to the dock and fish or look for sea glass on our beach at low tide. You're only 1.5 miles from ocean point and 5.5 miles from Boothbay Harbor. A few weeks before the stay, Leah reached out and offered a larger room( The Jib) as I was traveling with a lot of gear. The room was very clean and welcoming. It was set up like a hotel with 2 queen beds but did not feel like hotel. Leah was very accommodating, approachable and friendly! The dock was perfect for fishing , set up with a fillet table and running water to clean up. Other guests frequently used the dock and were very friendly. One of the longer staying guests offered helpful fishing tips for the area. I did some hiking at the Linekin and Burley Preserves which is right down the road. The trails go right along the Damariscotta River. I really enjoyed my stay here, I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back! ##### Doug C. Leah was so friendly and it was a pleasure communicating with her. Loved all the touches in my room and also loved being near the Linekin Preserve where I could get a hike in. Leah and Scott's place is a little slice of heaven located in a quiet and tranquil spot; while still being close to anything you'd want to do in Boothbay! The place had everything I needed! My favorite places to hang out were on the front porch and on the dock, with gorgeous views and a nice little picnic table! Everyone located in this little community were friendly to talk to and I even got the pleasure of meeting Scott and Leah and getting to know them a little bit! They're warm and friendly, as were everyone! I'd definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so! ##### Chris C. Leah and Scott were friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and quiet. The area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor seats to watch the sunset or to look at the ocean bay. The dock was my favorite spot to see little sea critters. There is a general store and local bakery in the area as well.
