Nestled among the trees and just a short walk to the ocean, this three-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers a peaceful setting with plenty of New England charm. The home features a screened porch, an upper deck, and comfortable spaces for up to six guests—perfect for families or couples seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. This 1,400-square-foot single-family cottage includes: Bedrooms: Queen, Full, and Twin with trundle Additional Sleeping: Pull-out sofa in the living area Bathrooms: Two full baths Living Areas: Open living and dining space with natural light, leading to a screened porch and upstairs deck Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and dinnerware The cottage sits on a wooded lot offering privacy and fresh coastal air. Guests will have access to the entire home, including the screened porch and upper deck. Parking is available behind the house near the art studio (access from First Street Extension). Guests may use Ocean View Place for temporary drop-off only. Guests will enjoy full privacy during their stay. The host is available by phone or message for any questions or assistance. Local recommendations and guidance can be provided before or during your visit to help you make the most of your time in Boothbay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of East Boothbay, this home offers easy access to coastal walks and scenic views. Closest beach: Grimes Cove Beach (great for swimming) Closest kayak launch: Grimes Cove and Ocean Point Nearby attractions: Ocean Point Casino, Ram Island Lighthouse, Fisherman’s Island, and Linekin Bay Evenings are peaceful, with the sounds of the ocean and a starlit sky above the trees. This cozy East Boothbay cottage is the perfect setting to relax, explore the Maine coast, and create lasting memories by the sea. IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times. • Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive. • A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit.
