"I travel regularly for business, and this was the best hotel stay I have had in quite some time. The location is good, close to many attractions, but safer and cleaner than other parts of the Auckland CBD. "

"Staff were helpful but not terribly friendly. Gym was clean and a good variety of machines, pool looked good. For a property of this standard i would have expected gowns to be supplied as tge scuffs were. Difficult to find info on screen. A compendium with hotel and local area info would be more useful. Bathroom was spacious and luxurious. "

"We never were there. The reservation was for the wrong night. I asked for the 23rd and you made the reservation for the 21st. A horrid mistake as now it seems I cannot be refunded even though it was your mistake. Very disturbing. Rebecca"

"Shuttle to airport comes to the hotel door roughly every 30 mins and takes 50 mins as this is the first pickup. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant and quality was high. Would stay here again"

"I stayed here 3 times over the course of a few weeks. Each time was excellent. I had a very peaceful sleep in a lovely looking room. Bed was comfy. Quiet room. Bathroom is modern and very nice. A nice small touch was this hotel gave 2 packets of biscuits whereas their other locations gave just one! The airport shuttle is punctual and easy to use for free. "
