Kitchen well equipped, chairs and sofa comfortable, location great for our purposes (visiting family who lived less than a mile away). Fresh paint, flooring, appliances, etc so they are just starting this rental and have done a lot of work. Suited our needs for this visit.Twin mattresses were not comfortable, the queen was fine. A suitcase stand would have been nice in the second bedroom. The shower did not have a regular "mixer" lever to turn on the water. I'm sure this is being fixed now.I did have some delay in communication. Again, this is a new rental. The host was very accommodating and kind and we recommended it so several people at church who need a place for family to stay when they visit. ##### Alda B. No response from the host until I contacted VRBO with a request to cancel. If you love trains, this is the place for you! The cleanliness was less than adequate. There were residual items left in the nightstand, what looked like boogers on the sheet of one single bed, and the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower was not great with an archaic setup. The doors were not sufficiently secure and what I would consider vulnerable. Parking was insufficient as the several house guests of the larger home took up most of the spaces. Only positives were the spacious living areas, 2 coffee pots, stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, etc., and proximity to downtown and eateries.
