Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: There are two docks for this super unit. One outside of each cabin only about 25 yards from the door. The dock can fit up to two boats each. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check in process not provided even after multiple attempts to get info before arrival. This piece REALLY needs improvement. Had to call again at property and still was clear to agent as to how to access. Property was clean and in a great location. Both cabins are needing some refreshes. Small cabin is very tight with very limited counter and storage space, making it challenging for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils pretty sparse…had to always borrow from next door. Could be a much better experience with clear printed access instructions and some much needed refreshes in areas. Later communications much better via text. ##### Suzanne W. AC slightly sluggish on very hot days. But outdoor grilling space and access to water was amazing. Shallow water for little kids to play and yet still able to get some small fish off the doc.
