It was so peaceful and the weather was perfect for our fishing adventures, walks, nights around the firepit and exploring Eagle River. The cottage has a lovely great room that we didn't use much which is a shame as the view of the lake in the morning is gorgeous. I would suggest putting a TV in that room for families to gather and really enjoy the setting. We had a group of 4 and did fine in the smaller living area next to the kitchen, but the early morning sunshine sometimes made it difficult to watch TV. Maybe a shade or blinds could be added here.
