Create lifelong memories at this beautiful newly remodeled 4-bedroom 2 bath home situated on crystal clear and private full rec Meta Lake. Our level lake lot is perfect for all ages. With western exposure the sunsets are stunning and star gazing by the beautiful lakeside fire pit is simply extraordinary. Our expansive level shoreline, and wonderful sand beach are perfect for all ages. The lake is ideal for all water sports year round. There is also a private boat landing for your use. Fishing for all species is outstanding. Whether fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, or just relaxing by the lake, you’ll love every minute. Fall colors are world class. The Northern House includes a private dock, boat w/outboard motor, stand up boards, kayaks, a Lily Pad float and much more. This home was carefully designed and meticulously decorated to provide a warm, inviting space for your family and friends. The spacious Northwoods interior provides an open style lakeside living area. The gourmet kitchen and lake view dining area are blanketed in natural light. Stainless-steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher and electric range. The fully stocked kitchen cabinets are a dream-come-true for home cooks. The incredible lakeside deck offers a haven to be enjoyed throughout the day. The Northern House has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12\. The master bedroom has breathtaking lake views with a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds. Living room sofa is a pullout sleeper. There is a washer/dryer with linens and bath towels provided for your use. Please bring your own beach towels. Held each October, the Cranberry Festival is famous for its hospitality, entertainment, food, arts, crafts and events. In the winter, snowmobile direct from to over 500 miles of renowned snowmobile trails. There is plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer or it’s just a few minutes’ drive to snowmobile rental facilities. Meta Lake offers outstanding ice fishing. The hosts have paid incredible attention to detail, having everything you could ever need and more for everyone. We were traveling with adults and children ages 1-12\. There were plenty of supplies, the home was incredibly spotless, and there was so much to do in and out. The lake in the backyard was beautiful and easily enjoyed with the kayaks and other water equipment available. The game room in the basement was the perfect place for the kids to get up and play in the morning to allow the adults to get a little extra rest. The welcome basket with snacks was unexpected and so appreciated. The ease of communication was fantastic. We could not recommend this property highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was clean, inviting and had so many amenities. This property offers a private dock on the lake, paddle boards, kayaks and a small boat that we used for fishing. It may have just been the time of year we visited but the lake was quiet and not super busy during our stay. The weather was amazing during our stay so we were able to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. We had rain one day but the house was equipped with several games that our family enjoyed. We have rented many homes and found this house to be one of the best equipped homes that we have stayed in. The owners even had a small container of travel sized personal items to share (disposable razors, lotion, sunscreen, etc) in case we had forgotten anything. We had to reach out to the host one time during our stay and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting this home if you are considering it.And…. The sunsets. House was also very clean and tidy. Great water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, etc) for all the kids. Only downside is proximity to the resort next door and Meta Lake Rd has a fair amount of traffic so not as quiet and secluded as other spots we've rented in Eagle River. The house was immaculate and the welcome package of snacks, cold waters in the fridge and ice cold mugs was fantastic. The kids loved the arcade area and playing board games on the gorgeous kitchen table! The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and nothing was missed. We watched 2-3 deer twice a day cross right in front of the large picture window in the living room. I had hoped that the kayaks and paddle boards would still be out, but understood given the cold night temperatures. Sunsets and stars were amazing over Meta lake. We have stayed at several lake houses over the years and this was the best! The house was in a beautiful location under tall red and white pines and it was well furnished and spacious for our three generation group. The dining table was absolutely beautiful and large enough for everyone. The water toys were ample and varied and were used everyday. The lights on the trees created a magical atmosphere at night! It is surrounded by beaitiful surroundings consisting mesmerizing morning with the sound and view of nature and it's partners ( birds, lake, trees,wind, sun) to an amazing peaceful night full of wind, trees, water and fire and the moon and the house itself is a tip of an iceberg. Kayaks, boats, Lilly pad etc are the addons we get with the property and its a huge bonus. The personal touch of cold beer mugs and snacks touched our hearts. Hosts were so quick to respond in every question we have.the house is full of everything u can just go and stay there. The property had everything you could want or need. The kitchen was great for cooking and the grill and blacktop were great bonuses. The bedrooms and game room where great. The outside fire pit and dock where very fun and great for kids. The only thing we didn't like was the living room could use a curtain in the window facing the road and the resort guests keep coming on our dock and fire pit.
