This comfortable, 2 bedroom, original beach cottage is suitable for a small family or two couples with plenty of space to park your car and boat or have a family cricket match. Take a short stroll down to the lakefront at the end of the road to swim, boat, kayak or fish! Enjoy this ideal location with only a ten-minute drive to the town centre of Paynesville and its restaurants, bars, and cafes. Handy to local boat ramps, golf courses and all the natural attractions on offer. It was all we needed and we had a fantastic week exploring around Paynesville. The community centre just opened across the road and looks like it is serving coffees (though we did not make it there). The main bed was very hard and there wasn’t enough PowerPoints for the bedside lights - not so great for reading in bed, but easily fixed. There was a mould problem in the toilet that really needs fixing to stop long term rot. It’s a classic 1960’s place. Overall we loved our time there and would definitely go back! ##### Angus W.
