Just few steps, and you can relax on the beautiful, sandy beach which you can reach in only 50 meters of a direct descent from the building. In 10-minutes walk, you can reach the city park with another playground for children, and a tennis and basketball court. If you want to explore the Polish seaside, you can use the direct bicykle path to Dziwnówek and Międzywodzie. During your bike trip, you can leave your car in the underground garage on the estate.
