Lovely apartment

Lovely, cosy, fully equipped apartment located a short walk into town. Great communication from the owner. Points to note however: There were none of the “Gold member” items given (advertised when booking). No microwave and no extra pillows.

Arriving on a weekend means contactless instructions sent on the day, which isn’t pleasant if you don’t have internet. Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me. Same with adding a blanket because I wasn’t able to control the AC from iPad and was freezing. I sent an email, they cranked up the heating remotely and the apartment was super hot. I sadly didn’t enjoy staying there, and it was an investment. I didn’t get the apartment in the pictures, or the upgrade, or a bottle of wine as promised with VIP access. The communication was dry, not friendly. This was a birthday treat, and I told them. They didn’t seem to care. The size of the apartment is fantastic, The Rituals brand soap and hand cream is a nice touch, the furniture is elegant, but the nearest supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk away. Communication is lacking, that’s for sure.

Home from Home

The Red Apartments was an unexpectedly excellent choice in many ways - ambiance, speed and quality of service, location and layout. It felt like being at home. We will be back for more should we ever choose to visit Dusseldorf again!

Apartment Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre

Ein Apartment Hotel mit einer Rezeption, die nur bis 16:30 Uhr besetzt ist. Der Check-In klappt mit dem Schlüsselsafe jedoch einwandfrei. Ein schriftlicher Willkommensgruss mit Hinweis auf die freien Getränke wäre hilfreich, denn ich habe als Vielreisender auch schon Hotels erlebt bei denen die auf dem Tisch präsentierten Wasserflaschen bezahlt werden mussten. Freie Steckdosen waren knapp, aber ansonsten war alles bestens. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gemütlich.

Mooi, schoon appartement. In de buurt is een metro station. Zit alles in wat je nodig hebt. We ontvingen een welkom kaartje dat we later konden uitchecken en dat er een fles wijn aangeboden zou zijn. Deze hebben we echter niet gevonden.

Store fine leiligheter sentralt i Düsseldorf

Store fine og moderne innredet leiligheter med gangavstand til gamlebyen. Meget bra utstyrt kjøkken, stort bad og gode senger. Har bodd her flere ganger og velger alltid The Red når jeg er i Düsseldorf. Vennlig betjening som alltid er hjelpsomme.

The location is a little out of the city, but really quiet. If you are checking in at weekends make sure you call ahead as it has no on site staff. I was lucky as one of the cleaning ladies arrived at the same time as me and she was very helpful. She also came back a few minutes after I got to my room and gave me a bottle of wine. The room is very tidy and clean and overall was excellent value.

綺麗で清潔、快適。 案外交通の便が良い。周囲も静かで環境が良い。 ワイン1本サービス(しかもさほど安物でもない)はなかなか良い。 フロントの営業時間が短い。 床がフローリングなのでスリッパがあると良い。
