Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom. Sleeps two guests. Washer/Dryer. The back yard features a community-like feeling with several Vintage Campers as Cottages hosting air bnb guests such as grad students, nurses, musicians, teachers. This is the main house of the two acre property. Not for fussy people. Farm house from 1937. The floors are wavy, and parts of the house have settled. With a car my cabin-like bungalow is 3-5 min to downtown Durham, 15 min RTP & 10min to Duke. Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom. Sleeps two guests. Washer/Dryer.
