Luxury Home in Durbuy with Valley View & Pool

Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors.

After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.

This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund.

Check in MANDATORY between 15.30 and 16.30 for control and explanation pool.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
