The new home features numerous amenities including central AC, TV with cable and gas fireplace in the Main Living Space along with a well-appointed kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room. Standard amenities such as fast reliable WIFI, Washer/Dryer and outdoor seating are also included. There is a hiking trail right across CR 203. The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and the Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550, a mile from the house. Bed Configuration: Single Level Master - King 2nd - Queen 3rd - Bunk Bed (Double over Queen) The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional service animals. It is a very spacious and bright home with lots of natural light in all rooms, including the 2 full bathrooms. The large, well appointed kitchen, dining and living areas are situated in the center of the house with access to decks on both front and back of the house. The master bedroom/ensuite and walk-in closet are huge and also have access to the back deck. The back yard faces a road which does see traffic but isn’t steady, however, it does get the afternoon sun which can be intense. Nothing wrong with the property, close enough to town and Purgatory. Only problem we experienced was the previous renter must not know how to do the dishes and no one from the property put them away, we didn’t discover the overloaded dishwasher until after we had already tried to clean up our dinner. While we were pleasantly surprised to find more dishes and pans, because it was overloaded, most had caked on food and were just dirty. All in all, felt like it took two days to get clean dishes. Same deal with the coffee maker, grounds in pot and filter even after trying to clean it thoroughly. Was irritating but didn’t stop us from enjoying the town or putting together puzzles in front of the beautiful fireplace. ##### John S. The house is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is perfect. Just a bit out of town, with a lovey market and wine shop across the highway.
