The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views. Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain. The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals. The main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck enjoy the amazing views. The condo also features a washer and dryer. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed, TV & fireplace 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds w/ TV Living Area - Queen Sleeper Sofa As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). I’m so glad that we did! Steps away from the lifts made it easy and convenient! The views out the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset. Condo is very comfortable but doesn’t have A/C. They do have many fans to cool the place down in the summer. Great view of the lake but bedrooms face the highway and there’s construction across the highway which makes it a bit noisy. We’re beginner mountain bikers and couldn’t find suitable trails for us. They told us even the greens are too challenging and are not for everyone so we ended up not really biking. We visited Durango, Ouray, and Mesa Verde National Park. The property directions were excellent as was the responsiveness of the host. We stayed with our two children and it was very comfortable. The electric fireplaces were such a nice place to warm up after a long day of skiing. Distance to the lifts was great - walkable even in ski boots! We would definitely stay again if we go back or recommend to a friend. The one thing I would do differently was bring more food, especially breakfast, since dining options close-by were limited. ##### Nicole C. This condo had the best views ever! We had such a relaxing, great time. We did not want to leave! We are from Texas, and we used this as a place to work/live for a couple of weeks, to be where we had gorgeous views and cooler weather! It did not disappoint! Kitchen was nicely equipped. Great to have laundry and secured parking. Nice bathrooms and bed linens with clean white towels. Loved having a gas grill for cooking too - especially during the shutdown. Very nice that there was hand sanitizer, lip balm, and honey waiting for us. Couple of items to improve: 1. Dusting - unit was dusty, kitchen back splash had not been cleaned in a long time 2. Missing window screens - one in each bedroom. This was a problem since there's no air conditioning and a hummingbird flew inside! The unit gets way too hot to not be able to fully open both windows in each bedroom. Ceiling fans or really good standing fans for all 3 rooms would help with this issue. ##### Deidria B.
