This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores. The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the townhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Smart TVs (no cable), Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There are numerous tower fans in the condo to keep it cool in summer. Bed Configuration: Master bedroom - Queen (Main Level) Second bedroom - Queen (Upstairs) 3rd Bedroom loft area Single over Double Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). The townhome is not pet friendly, so please do not bring your pets. There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. The location is convenient for skiing and convenient if you need to run into Durango, the property is clean and spacious enough to house 2 adults and 4 teens from 12 to 17 without feeling crowded. This is our second spring break in this unit and we hope to be able to book again for next year. The property management was accommodating when we had a minor issue and it was fixed in a flash with zero inconvenience to us. The owners left a nice welcome gift that was sincerely appreciated! We had originally booked out stay at another property, but they cancelled our reservations the day before we were scheduled to arrive. Thankfully we were able to find and book this property on short notice. We were a little nervous about staying somewhere that was available last minute, but this place did not disappoint. We will definitely consider this property if we go to Durango again.
