It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. Highlights include a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, smart TV (DirectTV cable plus streaming services Sling, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, and HBO Max). The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. Gorgeous walk-in shower, washer & dryer in the condo. The deck faces west views of trees, red cliffs, and the golf course. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Loved that this studio felt so roomy, and the patio was great. In a "fancy" golf resort but the vibe was casual. Loved the electric fireplace and the couch and bed were comfy for relaxing. Step out onto the deck and you have mountains you can almost touch with humming birds flitting back and forth in front of you. This is a great place to enjoy the surrounding area from, while not being in the constant hustle and bustle of town. The condo is well appointed with a good kitchen, comfy bed and updated bath. The property manager replies to all inquiries very quickly. The only negative is some road noise from the highway behind the condo when the door is open, but not at night. ##### Joni F.
