« A 200 year old pub and inn - interesting ! Unfortunately our room was fairly horrible, we definitely got the hotels.com room : 200 year old mattress, wall view, kitchen vents under the window and lots of noise when we (or the neighbours) ran any water. Food in the evening was good and breakfast ok (very dingy dining room). Everything needs an overhaul. The staff were great though ! »

« The hotel was very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was modern and well furnished with a super shower. The food was excellent with imaginitive dishes and a menu which changed every day. Service was excellent from friendly, polite staff. »

« A very spacious secluded bungalow, well equipped with a welcome pack awaiting our arrival. The weather wasn't particularly kind; it rained quite a bit (April) and it was rather cold but the log burner kept us warm and comfortable and the heating could be turned on and off to suit. « Readers, read this to the end as it contains a balanced review that you will want to consider before booking. We stayed at the Coach house for two nights. It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down. A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. « Very nice cottage, our landlord surprised us with a well -filled welcome basket with bread, eggs, cookies, bacon, tea .... Very helpful and always available for questions. With a rental car you can explore the surroundings very well and return to the idyllic cottage after a strenuous day. Highly recommended, thanks to the landlords we had a wonderful week. »
