Our peaceful, tranquil and romantic, river front special events lodging facility in Florida is set right on the shoreline at the confluence of the Withlacoochee and Rainbow River. When we say River View, that is putting it mildly!

Just a short walk from any door, terrace or deck and you are at the shoreline on our boat dock. Our lodging facility is totally secluded with private access only, to a land point that has a panoramic 270 degree water view. Our site is elevated 30 feet above the water line setting our elegant lodging facility in the tree tops.

We are the perfect destination for either a peaceful romantic getaway or exciting river adventure in Florida. From the Avatar Great Room enjoy gorgeous views, spectacular sunsets, gourmet breakfasts, and luxury amenities. We feature local farm and organic products at breakfast, during wine and cheese parties, and at weekend breakfast brunches. During your stay you will enjoy exquisite international cuisines for all meals.

To relax and meditate in a serene environment you may lounge in the Avatar Great Room, your personal suite, on a deck or terrace. You may kayak, canoe or pontoon to commune with the wild life. For adventure use a jet ski, bass boat, pontoon boat, air boat or jet boat to visit the crystal clear Rainbow River Headspring or explore the Withlacoochee River. Fish or swim in the pristine waters, or watch the majesty of the hawks and unique Florida waterfowl species that make the river their home.

As our guest you will delight in our complimentary three-course gourmet breakfast in one of our 5 tranquil dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, overlooking the Withlacoochee River.
