There are a lot of rules including no outside food so be aware that if you don’t want to eat at their restaurant you will need to leave the resort (resort food was not good nor authentic.) Main reason i booked this place was their fitness center/gym but it was being renovated at time of stay. If checking in early evening be prepared for a rushed check-in and then the place to close down. We decided to gave a massage before we left, not a bad price and a good massage, only problem is no massage table only beds, not bad for us but for the therapist I'm not so sure. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really not much to due at this place but swim in a pool. Great service! Everything was good but it would be better if the hotel can just give complimentary coffee for guests to have when they wake up in the morning. Sachets of coffee and cream are not that expensive. I understand if breakfast is not included because of the high cost of foods. Anyway, everything’s great in general. Service is amazing! Thanks to every staff who made our stay a memorable one!! The people who assist us with our snorkelling which we didn’t plan were amazing too. They made our stay an enjoyable one!
