Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown. The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. The shower fixture needs to be replaced. Towel replacement needs to be improved. There is limited amenities. Need to include toothbrushes and toothpaste along with razors and shaving cream. There was no hand lotion. Most of all there was NO ELEVATOR. I'm handicapped and climbing the stairs was difficult.
