Located minutes from Canal Park, mountain bike trails, and Spirit Mountain. Perfect for families or groups seeking a unique and scenic Duluth getaway. The space Step into this spacious 1600 sqft, 3-bedroom historic condo and feel the openness created by its 10-foot high ceilings. While it may look like a typical redstone townhouse, this condo is uniquely special in Duluth's history. This 1880 condo truly looks over the city and lake with the best view in town. While this townhouse looks fairly non-descript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city. LIVING AREA: \- Relax on a large leather sofa or a stylish daybed, which provides additional sleeping space. KITCHEN & DINING: \- Updated kitchen with modern appliances. \- Convenient breakfast bar for casual meals. It took us 10 minutes to find it and once we did, the door wasn’t labeled with the house number and it’s a townhome/condo, so we had no clue which unit was ours. On the way to get the key, I slipped on the ice- which coated the stairs and the walkway. They had no salt on site nor did they have a first aid kit. I gashed my hand, my knee, and (awaiting the drs appt) pretty sure I broke my wrist. On top of that, the house was scarce with supplies and not stocked like other vrbos. They had one bathroom and it was upstairs. They also stated the tub was jetted and it was not jetted; just a large bath tub. We tried to use it and after letting the tub water run for 30 minutes, it still wasn’t filled up. The rubber stopper wasn’t holding water in the tub. Very disappointed overall and really concerned that they had no salt or a shovel on site in the Minnesota winter! ##### Ashley L. It was old but amazing views. The AC was two window units and not central air. The washing machine took a bit to get it to work and it took the host a few hours to respond to me. This why it is 4/5 and not 5/5\. I would give it 4.5 if I could. The parking was a bit confusing so make sure you read the parking directions carefully.
