Full kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating area, all new flooring throughout the house, New Furnishings & decor.

SUPER CLEAN! We have amazing Cleaners who dis-infect all hard surfaces every cleaning. They wipe down switch plates, stair railings, and other surfaces others might miss.

They use Melaleuca Cleaning Products, that are green & Eco-friendly cleaning products that contain NO harmful chemicals! Sol-U-Guard, Melaleuca's disinfectant, has been proven to kill thousand of viruses & bacteria upon contact!

We had a generally great time but may not come back. details: Superb location, clean house, spacious rooms. Minor issues with lack of stock ( salt, oil, bandaid, abundance of basement bugs, bed screws sticking out etc) the biggest deal breaker for us (with 3 small kids on the beach property) is the lack of laundry. Listing says laundromat around the corner. That corner turns out to be a 10 min drive to a swanky laundromat that costs 20(!) to do a single load. We brought 5 changes of clothes for 3 days and did laundry once but still ran out of clothes for the kids. they did have a wonderful time to be sure. This place might be better suited for 2-3 families with older children.

Perfect location on the beach, just a short walk from Canal Park. The house sleeps many people comfortably and the owners have anticipated everything you might need to host friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed, there is a gas grill, 2 SUPs, several beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a roof top deck overlooking the lake. This place can’t be beat for location and amenities. Both the owners and the host are very responsive and accommodating also and our annual UMD girls weekend was a great success!

We unfortunately had to attend a funeral for my brother. He wanted to be buried next to my grandparents. The house was perfect for all of us as we came from all different continents for this. I was a great place to gather with a beautiful view of the morning sun. April is a little cool and snow fell but it was a wonderful place to stay. Would recommend. the walk along the beach was good for the soul during this time. Thanks again!

5th year in a row!

We’ve been coming back to this property for 5 years since it’s such a great location, and really well cared for. Every year we’ve brought different friends or family, and everyone is very impressed. Once again we had a fabulous time!The first night we tried to cool the bedrooms down with the AC units and discovered they weren’t working, but Steve had a technician out the next day to fix them. We were really impressed with their responsiveness!

Mothers Day Weekend getaway!

We drove another couple to Duluth from Kansas City. They had never seen Minnesota much less Duluth. We had a great experience starting with this outstanding VRBO. Peter (VRBO Owner) had the home spotless ready for our arrival. We are already looking at a future date to repeat this trip!

Friend Trip

We had an excellent experience at the VRBO. The view of the harbor and the sound of the water made the stay very special. It is a great location to the bridge and in and around Duluth. It is very comfortable for a friend group of 6 or a family of more with the bunk beds. It was very comfortable to just sit around and talk or to play games around the table.

Great place to hang out with family. Plenty of amenities and close to Canal Park. The communication with host was amazing. We enjoyed our time on the beach, watching boats arrive and amazing sunrise views.

Everything was perfect! We had the best time and the beach house was exactly as listed,beautiful.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Duluth. The beach house was everything and anything you could ever need. Enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop of the garage. Great view of the lake and the ships coming and going. The beach house was immaculate and so accommodating so we all had plenty of space. Will definitely be coming back to the beach house in the future.

Summer Fun!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house very much. We loved the beach access and had a blast swimming in the lake and using the paddle boards. We also enjoyed the fireplace on the roof of the garage. We saw a couple of big ships come in and being so close to the lift bridge we were able to walk over and get a closer look. The only issue we had was with my short, 72 year old mother who has a bad knee and a bad back. The beds are a little high and she had trouble getting in and out. All in all, great house in a great location!

Girl's weekend

The location was AWESOME!!! The house was perfect for a girl's weekend. We used the patio above the garage every night to have a fire. We visited the beach and utilized the paddle boards. We HIGHLY recommend this property.
