My daughter and I loved it. Having a fire pit to use, AC that was effective, the great outdoors all around. A garage, if I needed it. Very clean— thoughtful labels of switches and things so there’s no guessing what’s what. Quiet. Extremely quiet, as the North often is outside of bigger cities like Duluth (which is still a close run for whatever.) Big kitchen, airy main room. Comfy bed, futon was a plus— and a rocking recliner that is so comfy you don’t want to leave. Definitely on a very short list being we intend to escape north again! Very grateful— thanks for having us!

Everything was as good as I could have expected. The only 2 small issues were it would have been convenient to have had a microwave and a way to secure the unit when I wasn't present and my possessions were left inside.I would definitely stay here again anytime I am in the area.

Very quiet and peaceful shouse. Kitchen was handy to have. Backyard has a small fire pit and had little light pollution, so you could see the stars and fireflies. Convenient spot within about 20-30mins of the popular travel spots. Owner is very responsive to messages. We wanted to have a fire but the grass around the fire pit was kind of high, we sent a message and owner promptly came over and mowed the lawn and started the fire for us.
