There were shoes in our room from prior guest; never received the e-receipt we were promised. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast was good, except no fruit options.

appreciated the large 2 queen room- beds/pillows were amazing even though i had an accident on the hotel stairs in sept 2023, i saw the exchange of conversation w/mgr and hotel clerk about me- at that time, decided to depart from hotel 4 days earlier

Hotel was very quiet.. Loved that the adult swim from 10-11 was enforced. Great restaurant bar next door and attached to hotel. We ordered pizza from Sammy's which was Fantastic. They delivered and we're fast. I would stay again.

I love staying at the hotel. It's always clean, quiet and the staff are friendly. I will choose this hotel everytime I stay in the area, it's truly the best.

Our room had something smeared on the wall near the sink, the garbage wasn’t emptied out and there were a pair of ladies underwear left near the bench in the room.

Loved this hotel. Beds comfy, pool warm, restaurant on site was fantastic. Staff very kind and breakfast was very nice. I liked the organizer shelf unit in the room. Fridge and microwave were appreciated. Quiet too. If you’re not feeling a restaurant meal the gas station across the street is like a grocery store equipped with hot food. Only constructive criticism is that there was a large gap between the door and door jamb I could see hall way light coming in. It was near the left lower side of the door in 120.

All Staff were very friendly, especially front desk agent Caroline was super nice & helpful! Room was extremely clean, quiet, safe & breakfast had good variety in comparison to other hotels within the range. Also pet friendly at low pet fee !! Will stay here again in future visit .

Better than expected
Was nice, quiet, comfortable. Rooms had been updated but not all the way. Example of this is bathroom wall tile was original but floor tile was new. Why they didn’t just replace the wall tile with the same as floor is beyond me. Attached restaurant is great. Hot tub was broken during our stay

Was really impressed with the cleanliness! Breakfasts were awesome with lots of delicious choices AND differed from each day. Waffles, breakfast burritos etc…. Very convenient to Duluth. Enjoyed the pool area and sauna, towels were placed on each chair which was an extra special touch.

The hot tub was out of order and I was told over the phone 3 days before my stay it was working fine. The pool was cold. The breakfast was great and the staff were great especially Christine.

Is this property was super quaint inside. The rooms were beautifully decorated. I ruined one of the top sheets by accident and stained it and they did not charge. Wonderful staff!
