With your feet in the water, you will be located just above Lake Annecy.

20 minutes from the old town of Annecy and 20 minutes from the National Nature Reserve of Bout du Lac, you will be able to find your happiness between the old town and nature walks.



From the terrace, you can see the Duingt castle with an unobstructed view of the lake.



Around you, you will find a bakery, a Spar, a bike shop, and a small restaurant just below the apartment.

Located 25 minutes from Semnoz for winter sports stations, as well as a 5-minute hike from Taillefer for children and adults.



On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine) with a dining table, a small living room and the terrace where you can admire the sunset.



The floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds.

You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet as well as a shower room.



The mandatory extras in addition to the rate / night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking

- Sheets and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 17.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this reason between each traveler the cleaning and beds are made.



Housekeeping and linen rental are two mandatory extras:

- home disinfection



The household does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes

- storage of furniture and housing equipment

- remove food from the refrigerator



The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
