Property Summary  
The "Mladenka" villa is a two-story, beautifully renovated property built in 1880 and located in the hamlet of Suhi Potok, just 7 km from the center of Omiš, Croatia. It offers a private, fenced property of 1,200 square meters, complete with a seasonal heated swimming pool (4x7m), internal staircase, and poolside amenities like a WC, outdoor shower, and hot tub. Additionally, you'll enjoy a spacious terrace (70 square meters) with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a dedicated barbecue house. The holiday rental villa boasts modern conveniences like internet access, a sauna, billiard table, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Daily room cleaning and breakfast are available upon request (extra charges apply).  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor space is truly remarkable, featuring a fenced property of 1,200 square meters, an angular, heated swimming pool (4x7m) with seasonal availability from May 1st to October 15th, and an internal staircase. The pool area is equipped with a WC, outdoor shower, and a hot tub, providing ultimate comfort and convenience. Guests can relax on the 70-square-meter terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue area, complete with a dedicated barbecue house. The property also includes a roof terrace spanning 80 square meters with terrace furniture, offering additional outdoor space to unwind.

The villa offers several additional amenities and services, such as internet access, a sauna, billiard table, air conditioning, a burglar alarm system, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Room cleaning is available daily upon request (extra charge), and breakfast can also be arranged for an additional fee. Parking is provided on the premises, accommodating up to 4 cars, along with a single garage. Nearby conveniences include a shop (300m), supermarket (2km), and restaurant (400m), making it easy to access essentials during your stay. Please note that the main road is situated close by, approximately 5 meters from the property, and there is an airfield located 35 km away.

The villa spans over 280 square meters and consists of 8 rooms spread across two levels. On the main level, you will find a spacious living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV (flat screen), as well as access to the terrace. Additionally, there are two rooms, each equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen). Another room on this level features two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen). An open kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available.  
  
The upper floor houses another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV (flat screen), as well as access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Two additional rooms are located on this level, each with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen). A third room on the upper floor has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen). An open kitchen, similar to the one on the main level, is also present, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The villa features floor heating for added comfort.
