### Serene 6-BR Villa for 12 with pool, close to the beach

Modern and imaginative construction and an excellent position near the sea distinguish Villa Stella as a truly unique building.It is located in Dugi Rat, near the picturesque town of Omiš, which is full of diversity and offers a variety of attractions for its visitors. The villa consists of 4 buildings connected by external bridges, offering a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Walking across the bridges with a light breeze and the sunset truly leaves you breathless.  
Two buildings are intended for the accommodation of guests, while the other two serve as an internal staircase and are connected by romantic bridges.One of the buildings was built as a single-story building and has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. At the top of the building is a terrace with a sunbathing area, surrounded by bridges.  
The second building consists of the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor of this building, there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a side kitchen that serves as an auxiliary when you need to quickly brew coffee, tea, or cocoa in the late evening or early morning hours.On the first floor, comfort is provided by a large living room with an attached well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and double beds, at least 160 x 200 cm in size.  
On the total outdoor area of 200 m², refreshment on hot summer days is provided by the unusually shaped pool with its 30 m².In the shade of the bridges, stretching above the ground floor and connecting the buildings' first floor, comfortable outdoor furniture provides relaxation and rest after all the activities.  
\*There is the possibility to book breakfast at the villa with a surcharge of 10 EUR per person per day.  
  
Here in the charming town of Mali Rat, you’ll find a wide array of activities and attractions just around the corner.  
Mali Rat boasts pristine beaches with crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing. Dugi Rat Beach, one of the most popular in the area, is home to cafes, bars, and beach sports facilities.  
A short drive will take you to the historic city of Split, where you can explore Diocletian's Palace, the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral, Riva Harbor, and numerous art galleries and museums, all part of this UNESCO World Heritage site.  
For nature lovers, the Cetina River, just a few kilometers away, offers exciting activities such as rafting, kayaking, and canoe safaris, allowing you to enjoy its unique flora and fauna. Alternatively, venture into Biokovo Natural Park for trekking and biking amidst stunning landscapes.
