\* The OUTDOOR (pool level) is approachable through the indoor staircase or from the outside (next to the summer kitchen) and it offers amazing sea views from every point, a private and heated swimming pool 7,5m x 3m, spacious sun deck area with 10 deck chairs, sun umbrellas, lounge corner, a Table tennis and darts for some fun, a covered dining table, a barbecue, a fully equipped Summer kitchen, and a gym next to it. There is also a separate toilet next to the summer kitchen.  
\*The GROUND floor (pool level) is dedicated to social gatherings and entertainment, featuring a spacious living room perfect for hosting guests, a gourmet and fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary delights, with a kitchen island and a dining table, and two elegantly designed bedrooms that offer a tranquil retreat after a long day. Bedroom NO1 (14sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the pool. Bedroom NO2 (14sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the sea. Bedroom NO3 (11sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the neighborhood. A Family bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and another family bathroom with a shower.  
\*The FIRST floor offers Bedroom NO4 (11sqm) with a king-sized bed 180cm x 200cm, air conditioning, and views of the neighborhood. A Media Room (21sqm) with air conditioning, a sofa, a Samsung flat screen TV 75˝ (190cm), PlayStation 5, and a mini bar. There is also a family bathroom (5sqm) with a shower.  
\*The SECOND floor (parking level) offers a beautifully designed space that combines comfort and style seamlessly. As you step into this part of the house, you are greeted with a cozy living room that invites you to unwind and relax. Adjacent to the living room is an open-plan kitchen with a modern kitchen island as its centerpiece and a spacious terrace with spectacular sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances for a comfortable stay, making it a joy to prepare meals. This part of the house features two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat for rest and relaxation.  
Bedroom NO5 (14sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with views of the sea.  
Bedroom NO6 (13sqm) with a queen-sized bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the neighborhood.

\* The ROOFTOP: Step outside onto the terrace a few steps above the second floor and be greeted by breathtaking sea views that stretch out before you. The terrace is the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the surroundings, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, hosting a sunset glass of wine, watching the stars, or simply lounging in the sun with a good book at the lounge corner or deck chair.
