### Lavanda Land - Villa Tanya Mrežnica

Lavanda Land is situated only 200m from river Mrežnica.  
  
A private garden, sun loungers, hot tub and sauna are at your disposal.   
  
Guests have two kayaks at their disposal. As well as the possibility to organize a course on survival in nature for them, with prior notice. We also offer help in organizing excursions in the surrounding area.  
  
Free private parking and wi-fi are provided.  
  
Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.  
  
For stays longer than 3 days there is a welcome gift from the host.   
This three bedroom holiday home can perfectly accommodate up to six people. It features air-conditioning , central heating as well as Cable LCD TV. The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave,, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and dishwasher. Bedrooms are furnished with large double beds. The private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Guests have access to a washing machine as well as iron and ironing board. Free toiletries , hair dryer, bed linens and towels are at your disposal.
