Location was beautiful and picturesque. That was about the only pro. House was not very clean. Appliances probably need to be replaced. Stove was so filthy, we choose not to use it. When you turn on the exhaust fan for the stove, it sounded like it might explode and was not usable. Refrigerator had mold on the rubber seal of the door. Dead bugs in all the ceiling light fixtures. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. It was very dusty, including the ceiling fan that looks like it hasn't been touched in years. Advertised as having a gas grill, but propane is not supplied. It's advertised as having A/C, but we never saw a thermostat. Thankfully it's at a high enough elevation that if you open the windows at night, it cooled off nicely. The front door is rotting and you can see the rays of sunlight streaming through the cracks during the day. Overall, I would not recommend this property. ##### Ryan B.
