Welcome to Browning Lodge in Duck Creek Village! This 5BR, 3.5BATH luxury retreat accommodates up to 10 guests in its spacious 3,888 sq ft. Enjoy modern comforts with updated appliances, smart TVs, and a cozy fire pit. The large property offers both indoor and outdoor entertainment, making it the perfect spot for your group getaway. Conveniently located near attractions and hiking trails, Browning Lodge provides an unforgettable experience. Book your stay now for a memorable escape! We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. A $150 non-refundable pet fee covers up to two dogs. They must be added at booking. Undisclosed pets—even at pet-friendly properties—may result in significant fees. If you’re traveling with more than two dogs, please message us in advance to see if an exception can be approved for an additional deposit. The pet fee does not cover pet-related damage, including urine, feces, or excessive mess. Please note: only dogs are permitted. We do not allow cats or any other animals. Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft! In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here\`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1\. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah\`s UDot app and Wunderground\`s website (zip code 84762). 2\. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. Keep in mind: • Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly. • While we\`re a small village, we\`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe. Spacious family/great room with a big screen TV. Plenty of seating for lots of people. Clean comfortable bedrooms. Nice kitchen with table and bench type of seating. Lots of stairs, so would not recommend for seniors or people with walking limitations. Only minor issue we had was with both thermostats that did not appear to be working. Upstairs thermostat had battery error, so we replaced batteries that appeared to be installed incorrectly. Unfortunatley, new batteries that we purchased did not fix the issue. Likewise, main floor thermostat did not work and even property manager person said this was "an issue noted by previous guests". Opening the windows and turning on fans we found in the closet fixed the issue. Overall, a very nice home that we would return to if available. ##### Andre N. Home is lovely... although there were several things that we noticed could significantly improve the overall experience. It was in need of some deep cleaning and attention. From the couches to the cob webs on walls, to burned out lightbulbs and leaky plumbing fixtures. We looked past many of these issues, Duck Creek is amazing, and we are grateful for the opportunity to visit and stay. Navajo Lake is absolutely beautiful, and not crowded, like many other Utah Lakes. Surroundings were beautiful... even the daily rain was welcomed, fun to enjoy the cool nights. With 5 bedrooms, we had ample room as a large family to spread out, and TV was AMAZING!!! Also, having every entertainment app on the TV was such a plus. Overall, we will definitely come back to Duck Creek... it's become a family favorite. ##### Jennifer Y.
