ZATON MALI is a quiet place near Dubrovnik. Frequent buses run daily to Dubrovnik, 9 km away, a 15-minute drive. Boat trips to nearby islands. Zaton Mali is not crowded, calming and beautiful for walks, yet very close to Dubrovnik..  
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, young travelers, families (with children).  
When you cross the bridge, entering Dubrovnik, there is a large market and the Dubrovnik market.  
  
Located in Mali Zaton near the beach, with a beautiful view of the bay, Villa Tanya offers accommodation with a garden and a 24-hour reception. The property was built in 2016 and has air-conditioned accommodation with paved courtyards and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.  
The holiday home features 3 bedrooms(bed size 160/200, 180/200, 2 beds each 90/200) 3 bathrooms with a shower, a toilet a sink, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a barbecue, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, a hob, a kettle, a freezer.  
The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 19 km from the property, the property offers an airport shuttle service. Enjoy everything Zaton has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.  
House Rules: - Check-in time is 14pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Tourist tax is payable on the spot(3,5 USD a night, children up to 12 years free of charge) -  
Location 180m from a small pebble beach and 300m from shops and restaurants. An ideal location about ten km from the historic center of Dubrovnik. The presence of a pleasant terrace with deckchairs, where you took all your meals, and from which we can see the sea. Beach towel rental with bed linen.  
Our house, Tanya Holiday Home, is located in the heart of the bay, has its own privacy. It is very close to the sea, 20m with a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The house is recently renovated, modern. The natural beach with pebbles is a 5-minute walk from the house. The concrete beach is right in front of the house. The atmosphere around the house is quiet and pleasant. Restaurants and a market are a 10-minute walk from the house.
