The ground floor of Villa Hedera XVII is dedicated to a spacious living and dining area, where plush furnishings and tasteful decor create an inviting atmosphere for socializing and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing you to prepare delightful meals and snacks at your leisure.  
  
Ascending to the first floor, two bedrooms with queen size beds, en suite bathrooms and private balconies await, offering a perfect blend of comfort and panoramic view of the iconic hill of Srd. There is also one more bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom on the first floor. The second floor continues the theme with two additional bedrooms, each featuring queen size beds and en suite bathrooms for the ultimate in luxury and convenience.  
  
All five bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms, ensuring the utmost convenience and privacy for every guest. Additionally, there is an extra toilet for added convenience.  
  
Step outside onto the terrace, and you'll be greeted by a captivating atmosphere of the city. This outdoor oasis is not only an ideal spot for relaxation but also features a barbecue, inviting you to savor delicious meals amidst the charming ambiance of Old Town Dubrovnik.

Amenities include: AC (bedrooms, living room, hall on the ground and the second floor), underfloor heating (all rooms), terrace, 2 balconies, BBQ, 5 en suite bedrooms, 1 additional toilette, 1 bath tub, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.  
  
Please note: the villa is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.  
  
Villa Hedera XVII sleeps 10 guests.  
  
Pets are welcome with un additional charge of 10€ per day.

The villa consists of a four-bedroom apartment for 8 guests with four bathrooms, and an additional one-bedroom apartment for 2 guests with a private bathroom. Depending on availability, the units can also be rented separately upon request.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.  
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
