Notre hébergeant a été aux petits oignons, pour nous accueillir dans ce studio spacieux et bien équipé qui nous permettait d’être en quelques minutes dans le cœur du vieux Dubrovnik pour trois ou quatre euros avec Uber

Très agréable
Chambre agréable donnant directement sur une terrasse, qui est partagée avec la propriétaire et les autres habitants qui n'ont pas la chance d'avoir un accès direct depuis la chambre, passage donc par le salon. La cuisine est utilisable. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Lave linge à disposition sans aucun supplément pour cette chambre. Bémol, loin du centre historique, 15 min de marche pour s'y rendre et 25 min pour le retour car pente ascendante.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix
Je recommande. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la chambre était très propre, et même si nous avovions choisi celle n'ayant pas la vue directe sur la mer, nous disposions d'une belle terasse privée avec vue. La maison est situé à distance raisonnable de la vieille ville (15min à pied, 5min en bus) et proche d'une petite plage pas trop fréquentée.

Une bonne adresse
Un petit studio à 20 mn de la vieille ville à pied, propre et fonctionnel. Accès difficile en voiture car au bout d'une impasse à une seul voie et parking impossible dans cette impasse. Il faut avoir un coup de chance pour trouver une place près d'un grand hôtel à 200 m. Accueil très simpatique de la propriétaire.

La chambre donne sur une belle terrasse, qui malheureusement est à partager avec une autre chambre de la maison, elle aussi louée. Le comfort minimal est assurée, et la maison est propre.

Accueil chaleureux, bel appartement, terrasse à la vue imprenable sur la mer! Vieux Dubrovnik rapidement accessible à pied (20 min.). Plage Bellevue et petite épicerie à un jet de pierre. Localisation parfaite. Nous y retournerons!

Très sympatique
Belle impression laissée après notre passage. Belle vue sur la mer depuis notre appartement. très bien situé à 15 min à pied de la vieille ville, qui borde la mer donc très agréable. accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire. Dommage que la chambre soit un peu inconfortable et quelques soucis avec la climatisation mais très rapidement corrigé.

Che dire... se dovessi recensire solamente l'alloggio il voto è abbastanza positivo perchè non posso dire di essere stato male... il plus è sicuramente il bel terrazzone con vista magnifica... se invece dovessi recensire il tutto posso solamente che essere negativo... mi aspettavo di avere un angolo cottura (come da conferma di prenotazione) e invece ero in una classica camera doppia, con ingresso minimale senza luce, un wc cieco con aspirazione forzata non funzionante... il tutto all'interno dell'abitazione della proprietaria (cosa che non mi era stata detta) con la quale il bellissimo terrazzone era condiviso togliendoci quindi la voglia di uscire perchè non c'era privacy... avevo alte aspettative su questo alloggio che sono andate distrutte nel momento in cui ho preso possesso della camera... oltretutto non è vicinissimo al centro storico, non ha parcheggio gratuito quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo non è per nulla buono

Lovely accommodation in great location
Lovely, very clean apartment with everything I needed for a solo trip. I stayed in the studio apartment which was smaller then I expected but not a problem as it was just me, and I had access to kitchen/living room in the main house. Apartment had its own terrace with table and chairs, sun lounger and amazing sea view. I was met by the manager, Katarina, on arrival. She was very friendly and shared her knowledge of local amenities. I would definitely recommend this property

What a fantastic stay! Ariana, our host was more than accommodating. We arrived very early and she was rushing to finish the room which was unnecessary (we were more than happy to just hang out and were 3 hours before check in). She greeted us with juice and gave us directions on how to get to old town, just a short 20 min walk. Additionally, she allowed us to stay much later than check out. Note, it’s a small-quaint room, but the patio views are amazing. What a great find!

Huone oli kohtuullisen tilava talon alakerrassa ( ei merinäköalaa). Ilmastointi hyvä, taulutelevisio, hyvin toimiva wifi, jääkaappi, hyvät patjat, siisti kylpyhuone. Talon keittiötä sai myös käyttää ja suurta josta näkymä merelle. Uimaranta lähellä. Mukava omistaja.

Lovely apartment close to the Old Town
Lovely apartment near Dubrovnik Old Town (about 15mins walk). We had an ensuite room and access to the terrace (with view of the Old Town and the sea. We initially had trouble trying to find the apartment though (we are blaming google here).It is definitely at the Korculanska ulica road but do not take the car through that road. It is very narrow. There is an available garage to park the car at the back but you need to go through the street called Eugena Kvaternika (near Rixos hotel). The path leading to the garage is also narrow. I do not advise trying to park a big car in there.

Spectacular view, just as pictured. Small market a couple minutes walk away. Dubrovnik Old Town easy to walk to. Lots of hot water! The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We had a later flight and she allowed us later access to the apartment as it wasn't booked out that day. Also booked a taxi for us. We would return here in a heartbeat!

Spectacular view
Lovely apartment overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean and coastline. A perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Our host Marijella was charming and close to hand should you need anything. A wonderful weeks holiday. The only small negative was the bed was very hard but at least that made you get up in the morning to make the most of your day.

Great location easy to find. Bakery nearby and supermarket. Accommodation clean and comfortable.great balcony overlooking the sea. Great kitchen if you want to cook but fridge in room to keep water or a beer. Bathroom great but bath was high sided and may be difficult for the less able.
