Hedera Estate, Villa Hedera XV

This is a newly built Villa located in Slano, only 35 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik downtown. Villa is located in a secluded area and has direct access to small pebble/rocky beach just below the property. Property is suitable for up to 14 guests and offers private swimming pool terraces, BBQ, full kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Villa spreads on 3 floors connected via an external staircase.
Ground floors consist of 2 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, guest toilet, kitchen, large living room and dining area for up to 10 guests which opens onto a front terrace and swimming pool area. Both bedrooms are fitted with king size beds and one of the bedrooms also have single sofa bed which can accommodate additional guest or a child. 
1st floor also offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining/living room which opens onto  a balcony with sea view. Both bedrooms  are fitted with king size beds and one of the bedrooms also have single sofa bed which can accommodate additional guest or a child and private attached bathroom.
2nd floor consist of another apartment featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and private en suite bathroom, second bedroom also with king size bed, full bathroom and open plan kitchen/living/dining area and balcony with sea views.   

Villa is located in Sladenovici, only 2 kilometres away from lively Mediterranean  seaside town Slano. Slano is set in one of the most beautiful bays on Dubrovnik Riviera where you can find relaxing pebbly beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants serving  local specialties.  Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within 10-15 minutes’ drive. Hiring a car is necessary for this property as shops, restaurants and bus stop are not within walking distance, however this secluded location would certainly provide you peace, tranquility and privacy. Pets are welcome ;)

* Possibility to accommodate 2 extra guests on 2 single sofa beds  in larger bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor apartment. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
