Habitué de cet hôtel lors de mes déplacements professionnels, j’ai été surpris qu’on puisse me positionner dans une chambre avec une porte communicante de si mauvaise qualité. J ai littéralement entendu mes voisins toute la soirée et une bonne partie de la nuit….

In regards to room cleaning, we still have some guest who prefer not to have the housekeeping entering in the rooms for covid sensitivity. That is why we inform the guest at check in, of course when you arrived you could have requested the reception to have the room serviced every day and we would inform the housekeeping without you having to inform us everyday. Très bon hotel, à recommander.
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant, chambre familiales plus que correct avec les petites attentions café, thé et autres. Le petit déjeuner est superbe avec un choix varié et très copieux. Un peu dommage, le bruit que font certains clients la nuit. Sinon, très bon emplacement de l’hôtel pour pouvoir visiter Dublin.

Confortable et bien situé
L’hôtel est super agréable. La chambre était grande et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux. Le personnel très aimable, notamment les jeunes étudiants stagiaires du petit déjeuner. C’était très sympathique. L’hotel est bien situé à 20 mns à pieds du temple bar pour les plus courageux et sinon de nombreuses lignes de bus se trouvent juste en face de l’hotel : parfait pour visiter Dublin. Et le soir un petit verre au bar de l’hôtel termine magnifiquement bien la journée.

Hotel situé à quelques pas de la rue principale dublinoise o'connel street, de là où partent les cars pour les excursions et là où tout se passe. A 15 minutes a pied de Temple bar, par exemple ou pour ceux qui aiment moins marcher, un arret hop on hop off est a 3 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, ainsi que la ligne 747 de airport link en direction de l'aéroport. L'hôtel était en travaux à notre arrivée, je le demande si c'est pour ça que nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit sans rien demander. La literie était très confortable, la chambre avait une bonne dimension et la salle de bain était très bien aussi. Tout était très propre. Nous avons payé 12€ chacun notre pdj irlandais, et nous n'avons pas regreté: buffet très garni et varié pour le chaud comme pour le froid. Le personnel était comme la quasi totalité des irlandais que nous avons croisé tout au long de notre séjour: aimables, serviables et souriants.

The hotel was nice but we did not feel it was in a safe area. Overall Dublin did not feel as though it was a safe area so it was just not near the hotel.

Great hotel, but beware if you upgrade to a deluxe family suite there is no lift and two flights of stairs. It was a beautiful room. Not many options for dining
