The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.  
  
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED200.00

The presence of a variety of restaurants, a salon, laundry services, and a supermarket in the area adds even more value to your location. Having these amenities close by can save you time and effort in your daily routine.  
  
The building also features a swimming pool (resident pool), gymnasium, private residences access on the beach, five restaurants and lounges and one private on site car park.  
  
The apartment is located within the Address JBR Beach Residences Tower and does not have access to the infinity pool on the roof, or the hotel pool unless fees are paid.  
  
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee.  
\- Security Deposit of AED 2,500 required before check in for direct bookings through website  
\- Quiet hours from 23:00 and 8:00 every day  
\- No pets allowed  
\- Parties are not allowed  
\- Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors  
\- Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 23:00 and 8:00  
\- Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreational areas and common areas  
\- Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony  
\- Guests may not make any alterations to the unit  
\- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas  
Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
