Hotel decent, just staff a bit simple problematic

Turned up early, to a very empty hotel, but still charged for extra few hours... when changed to original room, they didn't have that ready for extra hour, which was annoying.. so went back to first room!!! Complete joke... staff could of handled it better.. good location, facilities.. just dippy staff..

It was quite pleasant. The staff is friendly.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. Very spacious. Good. View. The only downside was that the stove was dated. Housekeeping guys were good. The security personnel were very kind and helpful.

this is my second stay at this hotel, they have good big rooms and the hotel is located well if you want to be in bur dubai or 25 mins drive to jlt or dubai marina. the hotel can get noisy at times or probably we just had loud neighbors, all basic room amenities were available and you cannot expect more from a budget hotel, my experience was good

Our stay was great. Room is very spacious, more than what we expect. It is clean. Reasonable price. Near shopping center and metro station. Though check in and check out process was a bit difficult. You need to wait since there was a queue. Food for breakfast is just fair.

All experiences are good, but only bad thing was we lost 2 smart phones in the room, when we found they lost and went back within 30 mins, one male receptionist couldn't allow us to go inside the room to check. We were sad.

Hotel tæt på lufthavnen og centralt beliggende.

Overordnet var hotellet meget fint at bo på. Værelset var dog noget slidt og billederne snyder en smule. Der er en god swimmingpool og personalet er serviceminded. Det var dog irriterende at der ikke var gjort klar til 5 personer (sengetøj) som bestilt. Det lykkedes først næste dag for personalet at skaffe en dyne og det var vel i virkeligheden fordi vi pressede på vi fik det hele. Restauranten som byder på indisk mad var billig men kvaliteten var svingende og til tider kom der kun lunt mad ind. Glas var heller ikke noget man kunne regne med at få. Hotellet er centralt beliggende og ligger ikke langt fra metroen som kører billigt til lufthavnen. Det lader til at hotellet satser på indere for der boede mange. Alt i alt en fin oplevelse men næste gang vil vi nok efter at have set på priser i Dubai vælge et nyere hotel.
