Nov 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication Bonjour, En arrivant, nous avons fait nos achats afin de pouvoir prendre nos repas dans l'appartement. Avec deux ados c'était plus facile et c'est pour cette raison que nous avions choisi un appartement plutôt que des chambres d'hôtel pour notre séjour. Le mercredi soir impossible de se servir du four et des plaques de cuisson pour préparer nos repas. Le gaz n'arrivait pas dans l'appartement. Nous avons réclamé et un technicien est venu à 23 h 30 sans pouvoir réparer le problème. Votre correspondant nous a baladé de jour en jour en nous disant qu'un technicien repasserait vers 10 heures, vers 11 heures, vers 16 heures.....Nous nous sommes mis d'accord de mettre la carte pour accéder à l'appartement dans la boîte à clé et ceci a été fait tous les jours. Il nous a même été dit que le technicien attendait derrière la porte !!! Ils sont revenus une autre nuit à 0 h 15, en nous reveillant tous, les enfants et nous-mêmes. Finalement le gaz n'a jamais été remis en fonctionnement. Nous avons été contraints de jeter la plupart des aliments achetés car impossible à cuisiner mais aussi et c'est ça le plus désagréable financièrement : obligation d'aller prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur !!!! Vous devez facilement comprendre pourquoi j'ai mis la note 1 étoile (HORRIBLE). J'ai tous les échanges SMS entre votre correspondant et moi-même, pour prouver ce désagrément, que je tiens à votre disposition. Cordialement.
