\-The apartment is less than 5 minutes' drive from Ajman Beach  
The space  
\-Designed with comfort in mind featuring comfortable furnishings, warm finishes, and hotel-grade amenities throughout  
  
\-The Apartment is situated near Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, it takes a few minutes to drive from Ajman to Sharjah and takes 20 minutes to reach Dubai.

There is no shortage of parking in Ajman 1 Towers, thanks to the converted parking space for residents. Each apartment comes with one free parking space, whereas residents can pay to get more parking spots.  
  
ELEVATORS  
There are four high-speed elevators in the tower.  
  
SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING, AND MAINTENANCE  
The towers are protected by 24 x 7 security and CCTV surveillance, there is a central air conditioning system, which is powered by FEWA. Guests do not have to pay any extra charges to avail the air condition facilities. There are excellent and timely services in Ajman One Towers.  
  
EVENT SPACE  
There is party hall in Ajman One Towers, which can be used for parties, events and gatherings.  
  
GYM AND FITNESS FACILITIES  
There is a world-class gym in Ajman One Towers, accompanied by a steam and sauna room.  
  
The Gym and Swimming Pool is managed by All Stars Sports Club  
  
They have many activities for Men , Women and Children  
  
for Gym Daily access fees per person is 40 AED  
  
For swimming Pool access fees per person per hour is 25 AED for Men and Kids only  
  
Swimming pool timing from 8 am to 4 pm all week long  
  
All Amenities are located on the first floor for you visit and enjoy.  
  
CONCIERGE AND GUEST SERVICES  
A concierge is always available to attend to residents and visitors. Guests can park their cars in public parking spaces, and use their PIN code to access the apartment, the guest will find parking access card that they can use to park their car inside the building, in addition, guests will find 2 RF cards to use on the apartment smart lock.  
  
PET-FRIENDLY  
Pets are allowed in Ajman One Towers, but this can be further discussed with the management or landlords.  
  
SAFETY FEATURES  
There are efficient fire fighting and fire alarm systems in Ajman One Towers, also, there is a first aid medical center for emergency situations.
