Fantastique
A la fois beau, avec beaucoup de classe très agréable au quotidien. Nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue incroyable et hors du commun. C'est un des endroits ou on veut retourner quand on est a Dubaï. Notre serveur Clovis était très gentil avec nous et nous a très bien orienté un séjour très agréable un grand merci à toute l'équipe et surtout à Mlle Arwa qui parle français et qui a fait tous son possible pour nous satisfaire Excellent hôtel ,idéalement situé, le personnel est très souriant, l’hôtel est propre les chambres sont très spacieuses ,avec baignoire et douche, la literie est très confortable, et le diner déjeuner est à tomber par terre

Tout était parfait: La suite spacieuse et intimiste à la fois. Le personnel très attentionné Le Pdj extrêmement varié Le personnel du club et les buffets Et les petits plus qui font qu’on se sent chouchouter: des bouteilles d’eau fraiches dans une glacière au bord de la piscine, des sorbets pour nous rafraîchir à la piscine, des séances de yoga et d’aquabaking offerts… Un hotel dirigé par une personne qui a le sens de l’hospitalité! J'ai découvert cet hôtel seulement quelques jours après son ouverture. Ce dernier est somptueux, le services est impeccable, les options pour déjeuner & diners nombreuses, les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très joliment décorées avec une jolie vue sur la Skyline de la Palm. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la sécurité vidéo de l'hôtel qui confère beaucoup de sérénité tout au long du séjour. J'ai effectué de nombreux voyages à destination de Dubaï et de la Palm. Cet hôtel est dorénavant mon nouveau repère en terme d'excellence.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Their private beach was clean. Compliments to the life guard on duty who was also very helpful and helped us set up a cabana. Overall great stay. I would recommend the breakfast and dinner option if you don’t plan on going out into the city that much.

This hotel needs a good management. We stayed 7 nights hotel has perfect location nice hotel but if you can’t manage then it is meaningless. We have complained about the AC problem everyday but it was fixed the last day. My 3 yr old son got infected from the pool and still suffering with open wounds on his chest. And the worst part is we didn’t see any smiling and welcoming faces. Even when we were at the breakfast no good service but they had a vip guest and even the chef came to their table. Not recommended.

An average 5 star. We were not impressed and somehow disappointed. Prior to arrivals we have requested an early check in, which was not met on arrival ( explaining our long travels with 2 young children). The room was an okay room facing a noisy back road with lorry deliveries all the time. We had no senior management or anyone approach us ever checked on us during 6 nights stay. Food was okay, nothing expressive. Children’s entertainment basic. We won’t be returning.

Very well-trained and friendly staff who are always willing to help and try to fulfill every wish. The food is of a very high standard, which we really liked in the all-inclusive package. The private beach is also very well maintained - the staff are very attentive and serve quickly. Room service also always worked quickly and cleanly. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. Small tip for improvement: There was sometimes very little going on in the hotel in the evenings in March. In other 5 star hotels it is common to have live music from artists playing while having a few drinks. If this were planned at least 3-4 days a week, it would be a perfect hotel stay at Taj Exotica Dubai. Feel free to open the game room until midnight instead of 10 p.m.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super, Essen absolute Oberklasse. Das Personal ist fürsorglich und hilft in jeder Situation. In die Stadt oder Marina kommt man nur mit Taxi oder Shuttle, aber dies ist in Dubai sehr preiswert.

The family and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Taj exotica resort and Spa. All the staff, from the concierges, to the security, waiters and housekeeping were incredibly friendly, courteous, helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel views, cleanliness, facilities were outstanding, beautiful, practical and suitable for all age groups of our family. We used the excellent gym and attended the optional yoga classes on occasion. The spa facilities were impressive with highly skilled masseurs. The international food buffet for breakfast and dinner was exquisite with such a wide range of delicious delicacies to suit any palate. We felt safe in a specifically chosen quiet area, with a wonderful promenade and beach walking facilities, and access to prompt taxi and uber services on our doorstep. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of all the staff I had a privilege to come into contact with, but a special thanks Ayub who welcomed us into the resort and could not have been more helpful on our first meeting, Kenneth who helped us to obtain tickets to the popular museum of the future, Rhishub who catered for us superbly at dinner and breakfast, the highly skilled masseur Grace at the spa and Abhishekh and Riya who entertained us to a fantastic A la carte menu at the Varq. Thank you, again, to all the team and staff for a magnificent stay at the Taj exotica resort and spa.
