Within this prime location, guests have access to a number of amazing facilities like walkways, parks and are close to nearby retail store, restaurants, cafes and more. This inviting One bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike and features elegant design finishes and offers high speed free WIFI throughout as well as air conditioning. All household amenities are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a modern dining table to seat four. The living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and furnished balcony as well as a separate laundry cupboard. The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities as well as a toiletry starter pack. Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as a swimming pool and state of the art gymnasium.
