Welcome to my stylish 3-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina, just a 17-minute drive from JBR beach. Enjoy unmatched comfort and convenience with complimentary access to a gym and pool, along with a spacious 27th-floor balcony offering breathtaking views of Dubai Marina and JBR.   
  
This stylishly furnished apartment features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends seeking an elegant retreat with breathtaking panoramas.   
  
Dubai Marina is renowned for its luxury lifestyle, upscale dining, and scenic waterfront. Explore top attractions, including the vibrant Marina Mall, just a 12-minute walk away, or hop on the tram to easily navigate the area and discover all that Dubai Marina and JBR have to offer.   
  
The apartment offers a spacious close-plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at JBR beach. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning views and savour your morning coffee while taking in the marina views.   
  
Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.  
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
