The area itself is the location that includes commercial, residential, hospitality, entertainment, and leisure facilities. The brand-new apartment has been designed in detail to make sure that you feel comfortable and privacy. Being perfect for couples, we will do our best to make your stay second to none. We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines. \- Standard Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and additional cost. \- Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking (Before check-in). The deposit amount will vary based on the length and cost of the stay. Deposit refunds will be issued within 7 business days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the unit. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation. \- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable.
