Burj Al Arab 2 nuits
Deux nuits exceptionnels dans ce vrai palace. Le service n’y a pas changé et cela depuis 15ans que j’y vais. C’est toujours au dessus des plus grands palaces parisiens. Il mérite ses 7 étoiles, du fait qu’il soit dédié qu’au Guest de l’hôtel et que ce n’est que des suites. Ce côté privatif et son service en fait le meilleur hôtel à mes yeux.

Difficile de faire mieux. Juste incroyable. Lieu mythique . C etait le cadeau pour les 50 ans de mon ami. 48 h avant l arrivee. Clarisse me contacte pour connaitre les raisons et nos attentes pour que le moment soit delicieux. A notre arrivée double surclassement delicieux gâteau au chocolat des fleur .
Suite de 380m2 avec vue sur Dubaï mais surtout sur la mer.
Un service tout en finesse, un petit dejeuner hirs norme . Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien . Ils sont arrangeant pour un check out tardif.
On a profité du maximum le sauna et hammam vue mer. La piscine et jaccusi a debordement

Expérience à vivre
Plus qu'un séjour, c'est une expérience à vivre. Cela peut paraître cher mais le plaisir est démultiplié. J'ai passé deux jours et une nuit avec mes enfants et cela nous a paru une éternité de bonheur. La joie que j'ai pu lire sur le visage de mes fils même s'il a un coût, il n'a pas de prix. Et les prestations sont plus qu'à la hauteur. Mon fils s'est simplement cogné la tête sur le bord de la piscine en nageant et nous avons eu droit à un déploiement de moyens et d'attention complètement démesurés comme s'il s'agissait du fils de l’Émir. Merci pour tout....

Nice building but the valet staff is incredibly unprofessional. I couldn’t believe they were cursing, yelling at taxi drivers and paying little attention to guests . I felt like I was at extended stay near south beach.
Also- check in is slow. Really slow. It took us 30 mins just to check in. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Average 3 stars.

Unique location. Being by the water away from the city center is a plus for holiday. Excellent facilities. Outstanding staff/service. Decor is very “Las Vegas” glitzy and may seem less than elegant to some. Apparently they don’t double check work of housekeeping prior to releasing room. We found a nail file behind the door in the second bathroom. Some furnishings are a bit worn (dusting lampshades daily likely leads them to be off kilter). Some room lights didn’t dim properly like the others indicating bulb replacement was needed but had not been noted. So outstanding in many ways but not absolute perfection as a standard. Some delays for services.

Hotel worth every star. Staff is incredibly helpful, with every language spoken that could be imagined, diversity in very much appreciated. We had family visiting and process was smooth and straightforward. Floor concierge went above and beyond to assure we had everything needed and felt comfortable, with response time within minutes. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly will come back.

Very comfortable furniture, well designed, variety of restaurants, gold cappuccino. Service at check in was terrible. Varvara was rude and ignorant. We asked for a quiet room away from elevator numerous times, but she was arguing with us trying to assure that there is no noise from elevator. She put us into a room by elevator that we had to change later.

Sorry to say that this hotel has gone backwards over the last 5 years. The breakfast restaurant was awful, cramped and dirty. Service was average at best. Definitely not the place for families. Only one lift working at peak time for breakfast. English language levels were poor overall. Whole place is crying for a revamp. I hope one day it’ll improve as it’s an iconic venue. Won’t be back for a very long time
