 furnished 2-bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Beach Isle at  
 Emaar Beachfront. The spacious living room features a cozy sofa, a  
 flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table that  
 comfortably seats four, perfect for meals with family or friends. The  
 apartment is complemented by a fully furnished modern open kitchen,  
 equipped with all the appliances you need for a convenient and  
 enjoyable stay. The living area extends to a large balcony offering  
 breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the iconic Dubai  
 Eye, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.  
  
 The master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a king-sized  
 bed, artistic wall mirrors, and a private balcony offering serene  
 community and Marina views. The room also includes an en-suite bathroom  
 with a modern shower unit. The second bedroom is equally versatile,  
 with a king-sized bed that can be converted into two single beds to  
 suit your needs. The second bathroom is conveniently located across the  
 hallway.  
  
 Guests have access to a wide range of premium building amenities,  
 including an infinity swimming pool, a covered kids’ pool, a BBQ area,  
 a fully equipped gym, a yoga room, a kids' play zone, and direct beach  
 access, ensuring that relaxation and fun are always within reach and

 Conveniently located, the apartment is just minutes away from  
 world-famous landmarks like Palm Jumeirah, JBR, Burj Al Arab, and Burj
