Relax on the spacious balcony and take in the serene views of the marina, waterfront, and the vibrant La Mer district.  
  
This newly furnished apartment features modern décor and high-end amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms, making it perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a luxurious stay in a prime seaside location.  
  
The bedroom offers a king bed and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.  
  
The open-plan dining and living area with satellite TV is ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the city. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the calm and refreshing coastal atmosphere.  
  
Le Pont in La Mer is known for its chic waterfront lifestyle, boutique dining, and relaxed beach vibes. You’ll be just a short walk from La Mer Beach, Laguna Waterpark, and the stylish promenade filled with restaurants, cafés, and retail shops. The location also offers quick access to key destinations like Downtown Dubai and City Walk.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided until you visit the nearby supermarket — Carrefour La Mer, just a few minutes’ drive away.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.  
  
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
