Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available. \- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card. \- As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the total price of your booking and can be paid separately in advance or upon arrival. \- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2 to 7 nights: AED 300 8 to 28 nights: AED 750 Over 28 nights: AED 1,250 The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit.
