Hôtel appartement assez bien placé entre deux stations de métro si on choisit de se déplacer ainsi. Chambre spacieuse, cuisine assez bien mais avec très très peu de vaisselle ou batterie. Accueil très cordial et sympathique. La piscine n’est que très rarement au soleil. La salle de sport (élément décisif de la réservation car nous sommes un couple de sportifs) était en travaux et c’est travaux n’avaient pas été annoncés sur le site, ni même sur place lors du checking : plutôt décevant… il a fallu faire du sport ailleurs !

Good place near all you need. Price per night too higher for the standing provided by the hôtel. Good breakfast. Standing of the room not for a 4stars. Need to fix what have been brake. And a good painting of rooms is needed. Otherwise the persons of the hôtel are great.

SERVICE IMPECCABLE
La chambre, un studio de plus de 30 m2 était spacieuse, très bien équipée. J'ai eu un problème avec mon passeport et ils ont été très compréhensifs, ils ont offert tout leur aide. Si je retournerai à DUBAI j'irai encore. La qualité du restaurant est bonne, dommage que la salle soit un peu petite. Ils se rappellent très bien de leur clients même quand le séjour est bref.

Not convenient
It was ok but not convenient in terms of the how the room it is designed for example. I had to move the furniture to get the table close to the only electric socket in the room for my computer!

The location was ideal, very friendly concierge and helpful in terms of booking us the taxis. Would have been nice to have softer pillows and harder beds (!!) but no drama. Apartment was cleaned every day and was very spacious - kids loved it!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you all for such a wonderful time.

Highly recommend Dunes
I went with my sisters and cousin. The hotel apartment was more than we expected. Staff right from reception to cleaners were always smiling and ready to help. Location is wonderful too. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was big and spacious, but needs some repairs. There were moldy patches on the walls and ceiling. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Da hat endlich mal jemand mitgedacht...
Ich bin oft geschäftlich in Dubai und nehme fast immer ein Apartment (Kühlschrank, Waschtrockner, Couch...). Dieses ist mit Abstand (!) am wohnlichsten eingerichtet, schöne Farben, Materialien und sehr bequeme Polstermöbel. Andere sind sonst einheitlich weiß/beige gestrichen und haben schäbige Küchen und Bäder - hier ganz anders. Tatsächlich genau wie auf den Fotos. UND: Bisher war in _keinem_ Apartment die Küche sinnvoll nutzbar, es gab nie einen Spülschwamm und Spülmittel. Hier schon! => Da hat jemand mitgedacht. Mein Zimmer war leise, das Schlafzimmer liegt auch geschützt durch Bad und Wohnraum gegen die Nachbarapartments (1-Bedroom). Angenehme Umgebung, man kommt super schnell in alle Richtungen weg, ohne übermäßig im Stau zu stehen. Nicht unbedingt für den Urlaub, da weit zum Strand, aber auch das ist machbar, wenn man ein paar versteckte freie Parkmöglichkeiten an öffentlichen Stränden kennt. Einziges Manko: Im Schlafzimmer gab es ein hochfrequentes Fiepen, vermutlich vom Netzteil des Rauchmelders. Alles andere habe ich probiert auszuschalten.

Good hotel except an unfriendly staff
All was good except the guest relationship manager. He was not friendly at all. When we reported an issue, what he did was pushing the issue instead of considering in a guest aspect. Fortunately, a staff from Australia was very nice and helpful. He knows how to listen and how to solve the problem. Any way, very nice experience in this hotel except the guest relationship manager.

Great value
Amazing staff. Great customer service. Clean pool and hot tub. Stream room cosy but comfortable. Location is a bit of a trek to the transit line but taxis are plentiful.

Great stay
Stayed for a week. Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. Only down side is you need transportation to get around. Bought a bus/metro pass so no biggie. Restaurant was pretty good and affordable.

Schönes Apartmenthotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel war voll ausgebucht, ich bekam daraufhin ein kostenloses upgrade von einem Studio auf ein Apartment. Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Alles war in gepflegtem Zustand. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
